Newsocial inc. , creator of the Peerbase subscription service, provides the following refund policy:

Canceling Account

1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing hello@joinpeerbase.com

NOTE: This does NOT mean you are subject to a refund, please read below.

Refund Policy

We're all about ensuring your happy with your experience at Peerbase,

We're so confident you'll love it and see massive growth, that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee!

As long as you hold up your side of the commitment, we're more than happy to honor our side.

The terms are that you attend every session (4 sessions) throughout the 30 days.

  • NOTE: Any amount of no-show calls without notice to the Peerbase staff will void your ability to request any refund pertaining to the "30 day money back guarantee"

2. If you wish to receive a refund & have followed the terms, you must request a refund by contacting us via email at hello@joinpeerbase.com – refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of completing your first 4 sessions.

3. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.

4. After the initial window expires, Peerbase will continue to charge you on a monthly / Annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account by emailing us at hello@Joinpeerbase.com .

5. We will send receipts for payments made to the email provided upon signup.

6. Partial refunds for amounts less than a full month membership will not be provided.

7. All coaching call cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled call time regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

8. No-show calls in which the client does not respond to Peerbase staff’s attempts to make contact via phone, Skype or email will be considered as “completed calls” and will not be refunded or compensated for in any way by Peerbase You need to show up for your calls or give fair notice to we can reschedule in a way that suits you.

9. Our guarantee policy applies only to new members who have not tried the service before.
